We thought it was time to let you know what we’re doing to handle Covid-19 at Delicious Media.
Our Team
First and foremost, we wanted to ensure our team were safe and able to continue working. At the start of this week, we made the decision to temporarily shut down our offices and move to remote working full time.
We’re very fortunate that our team can all work remotely and are used to doing so. Having the whole team working remotely is new, but we’re settling into a pattern. Our morning “stand up” catch up meetings are now being done via a Zoom video call, and we’re relying on Slack more than ever… but otherwise it’s business as usual.
Our Clients
We know some of our clients are in sectors hard-hit by the current situation – particularly those in the hospitality, retail and events sectors. We are working with several customers to help them implement changes to their online offering, including setting up online shops, switching over to online events and moving training into e-learning systems.
For those where the impact has been less drastic, we’re here as usual and ready to help.
The Sheffield Business Community
We’d also like to support fellow businesses in Sheffield. If you need some free, impartial advice about getting your business online or changing your online offering, one of our team will be happy to talk to you. No sales pitch from us, just practical advice on how you can get up and running online or a sounding board for your own plans.
Our Business
As with all businesses, we are living in new and uncertain times. We’re not aware of anything right now that will impact on our ability to continue to serve our customers. The only real change is we won’t be scheduling any face-to-face meetings, instead we’ll be using video or phone calls.
Stay safe.
The Delicious Media team.
